If you won't be able to make it on time to the time slot you signed up for at the Community Resource Center for curbside pickup, as long as you will be there the same day, you will not need to reschedule.
If you need to reschedule for a different day, please contact the Customer Experience Center via chat through our website or help center or call them at 832-369-9390. You will need to provide your confirmation number, name the reservation is under, and the original time you signed up for. We will have to pass on your information to the CRC so you will need to wait for a callback to confirm your new pick up time.
